At the Jack Nutt Arena at Lincoln College on Saturday, two men with distinguished careers at the school were honored by the college. Tom Zurkammer and Alan Pickering, who have devoted more than 70 years to Lincoln College between them, will be remembered forever as their names will be written into the gym floor.

He coached the men's basketball team from 1967 to 1970. In 1982 he was appointed dean of academic affairs and then went on to become vice president of academic affairs.
