This Feb. 6, 2008, photo shows The 5 Browns -- left to
right: Deondra, Gregory, Desirae, Melody and Ryan -- in Alpine, Utah. Their
parents, Keith and Lisa Brown, were seriously injured
when the car they were in plunged 300 feet off Little Cottonwood
Canyon Road into the creek late Monday. Keith Brown was charged
Feb. 10 with one first-degree felony count of sodomy on a child and two
second-degree felony counts of sexual abuse of a child. Kimball Thomson,
a spokesman for The 5 Browns, said the charges involve Brown's daughters Desirae, Deondra and Melody, who are now adults. A
court hearing had been scheduled for Brown, 55, on Thursday, but it was
postponed after the car crash.

In this Jan. 10 photo, Auburn fans gather at Toomer's Corner in Auburn, Ala., following Auburn's win over Oregon in the BCS
championship football game in Glendale, Ariz. Auburn University says someone
deliberately poisoned trees at Toomer's Corner and that the live oaks likely
can't be saved. The university said in a statement Wednesday that a
herbicide commonly used to kill trees was applied "in lethal amounts" to the
soil around the trees.
