T uesday
evening 50 people arrived at the public hearing on video
gaming, hosted by the Lincoln City Council. Of the 50, 17
addressed the council, expressing their stand on the video
gaming issue. In the end those who want the video gaming
banned from the city of Lincoln nearly doubled those who did
not, as the poll went 11-6 against the new form of
legalized gambling. Of the 17 who spoke, only one
represented interests outside Logan County.
