Grains futures, livestock prices mostly fall

[January 15, 2011]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain futures mostly traded lower Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery dropped 18.5 cents at $7.65 a bushel; March corn shed 5.25 cents to $6.3725 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.965 a bushel; and soybeans for March delivery slid 10 cents at $14.06 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded flat or lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.70 cent to $1.0920 a pound; March feeder cattle dropped 0.30 cent to $1.2660 a pound; February lean hogs slid 0.70 cent to 79.60 cents a pound; while February pork bellies were unchanged at $1.06 a pound.
