[January 15, 2011]  RENTON, Wash. (AP) -- Seattle linebacker Lofa Tatupu went through a practice without helmets or pads, but has still not been cleared to play Sunday against Chicago in the NFC divisional playoff.

Tatupu practiced on Friday as the Seahawks held a light walkthrough before flying to Chicago. Coach Pete Carroll said because the practice didn't involve pads or helmets, Tatupu could participate.

Tatupu suffered a concussion in the fourth quarter of last Saturday's 41-36 upset of New Orleans on a hard collision with the Saints' Julius Jones. Tatupu still must be cleared through the league-mandated concussion testing to play against the Bears.

Carroll says the "signs are really good" he'll be able to play against Chicago.
