 Trailing early at 15-2 with 13:30 to play, the Red Lions went on a
scoring surge to take a 24-22 lead with 5:39 to go and ended the
half with a 30-28 lead. LCU was then outscored 26-24 in the second
half, sending the game into overtime at 54-54.The Red Lions were
led by Chris Lawson with 31 points, 15 coming on five 3-pointers.
Kyle Rust added 12 points and Troy Lane 10.
LCU was outrebounded 63-54, with Rust capturing 16 rebounds to
lead the team.
The Red Lions will play at Eureka College on Thursday.
