Park district 2011 4th of July parade -- Album 2

The annual old-fashioned children's walking parade has become a great tradition in the city of Lincoln.

Each year, kids, adults and pets put on their best patriotic wardrobes and make their way from Scully Park to the Lincoln Park District Rec Center.

Once there, everyone enjoyed fresh drinks and treats before being awarded prizes for their best-dressed bikes and other vehicles.
