Grains futures mixed, livestock prices mostly fall

[July 15, 2011]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed in early trading Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

HardwareWheat for September delivery fell 10.50 cents to $7.04 a bushel; December corn fell 0.75 cent to $6.79 a bushel; December oats rose 3 cents to $3.74 a bushel; while November soybeans rose 4.75 cents to $13.8450 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures mostly fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.90 cent to $1.1250 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1.55 cent to $1.3835 a pound; August lean hogs fell 0.32 cent to 98.95 cents a pound; while August pork bellies were unchanged at $1.065 a pound.
