Two
women are seen leaving as rescue workers arrive to help the injured following an
explosion in Oslo, Norway, on Friday. A powerful blast tore open
several Oslo buildings, including the prime minister's office. One
person was reportedly killed and several were injured as the blast shattered
windows and coated the street with documents. Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg is
safe, government spokeswoman Camilla Ryste told The Associated Press, although
it was unclear whether that meant he was uninjured.

Thursday evening while seven lovely queen contestants practiced
their grand march with current Logan County Fair Queen Bethany Rea, these three
ladies discussed the design of the stage for the 2011 pageant. Pictured left to
right are Julie Cooper, pageant crew member and co-director of the Little Miss
Logan County competition; Denise Costello, stage design director and the one in
charge of the contestants' hair and makeup; and Amy Cherry, co-director for both the
fair queen and the Little Miss Logan County
competitions.
The trio didn’t divulge their design, but based on what was overheard by the LDN
reporter, this year's stage is going to be as lovely as the young ladies who will
stand on it.
