The night at Airport Daze

Monday evening, the fifth annual Airport Daze celebration ended with a USO-style hanger dance. The Jim Markum Swing Band provided music form the 1940s, and many of the visitors came prepared to "cut a rug."

As the music began, the dance floor became a very popular place. Those who sat on the sides and watched were treated to some very impressive moves by the couples on the floor. Some of the dancers dressed in period clothing, making the event and the evening in general all the more fun and entertaining.
