Miniature presidential homes in needlepoint will be on display at the Mount Pulaski Historical Museum from June 30 to July 4.

The work was done by artisan Marilyn Daleburn of Prospect Heights.

Daleburn is remarkable for her knowledge of the presidents' homes, uniquely creating these needlepoint replicas. An informational brochure will be handed out to visitors.  Marilyn has created over 125 houses, but due to space limitations, she will bring only selected ones, such as those of Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington and Kennedy, and unique homes, such as John Tyler's. She recently created New Salem and will bring it for the display.
