Prior to coming to Chester-East Lincoln, Mrs. Hamm was the director of
educational support services at East Peoria Community High School
District 309 from 2008 to 2011. She has also been the junior high
and high school principal in Delavan.
Mrs. Hamm is a graduate of Illinois State University, where she
earned a bachelor's degree in history, education and English. She is
also a graduate of the University of Illinois Springfield, with a

The Chester-East Lincoln board said they are looking forward to using her
experience in curriculum development, assessment systems and
strategic planning in order to move the district forward and
increase student achievement. There are always areas in need of
improvement, and the new superintendent is excited to have such a
committed and experienced staff to work with in the process.
