Main Street dedicates flower baskets

On a lovely, cool day, Main Street Lincoln dedicated their new hanging flower baskets that are located all around the square. Many individuals and businesses were involved in making this happen, and Main Street thanked them all at a 9:30 a.m. ceremony.

Mayor Snyder and Roger Matson talk about how important it is to make downtown attractive for visitors.

 

People sat and others stood as blue ribbons of thanks were passed out to those who made the baskets possible.
