The Logan County Habitat for
Humanity hosted an open house at their Woodlawn Road location on
Saturday. The Habitaters now have an office and warehouse for
materials storage to go along with their vegetable and fruit stand.
They are currently working on their 16th home in Logan County.
The Habitaters invited the Humane Society to
have a dog wash.
A wary pooch checks out his competition.
The new warehouse will allow all the Habitat
materials to be stored at one location.
In the past, materials were at several members'
homes, making inventory and availability difficult at times.
The former Regions Bank building, donated by
the bank, has been remodeled to allow records storage and meeting
space.
