Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world's largest retailer, raised its annual dividend 21 percent Friday. Its stock gained 0.1 percent to $52.07. Bond prices rose, sending their yields lower. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note fell to 3.50 percent from 3.56 percent late Thursday. Two stocks fell for every one that rose on the New York Stock Exchange. Consolidated volume came to 4.4 billion shares.
