Red Lions drop 2 to Eureka

[March 23, 2011]  Eureka College handed the Red Lions of Lincoln Christian University two losses, 17-2 and 9-1, in a doubleheader Tuesday afternoon.

For the day Joshua Bennett had two hits and scored a run; Larry Weese had three hits, including a triple; Jared Nassiff had a hit and an RBI; Andrew Scates had one hit, a double; and Andrew Wingo had three hits, including a triple and an RBI.

The 1-7 Red Lions will next play a doubleheader at St. Louis Christian College on Tuesday, March 29.
