Lincoln Police Department

  • Anderson, Timothy D., 29, San Jose, arrested March 25 in the 1000 block of Heitmann Drive on a McLean County warrant.

  • Constant, Samuel D., 26, Lincoln, arrested March 26 at his residence on charges of aggravated assault to a peace officer and disorderly conduct.

  • Good, Cassy L., 24, of Lincoln, arrested March 26 at her residence on charges of domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Jones, Ciara M., 19, Normal, arrested March 26 in the 300 block of Keokuk Street on charges of disorderly conduct.

  • Kelly, Klyen S., 24, Lincoln, arrested March 27 at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • Payne, Aaron D., 21, Lincoln, arrested March 26 in the 200 block of Third Street on charges of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, and four Logan County warrants for failure to appear, one each on the following charges: driving under the influence, possession of liquor by a minor, criminal trespass and domestic battery, and violation of a city ordinance.

  • Van Cleve, Tyler L., 18, Lincoln, arrested March 28 on Adams Street on charge of burglary from a motor vehicle.

  • Hurt, Howard L., 29, Middletown, arrested March 27 on Clinton and Seventh in Middletown on charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
