In game one, Luke Giddens, a transfer from University of Cincinnati,
started out shaky and walked six over 5 2/3 innings. Giddens did
hold the Jaguars to only four hits. Kenny May (Belleville) received
the loss after giving up one run in his three innings of work. Josh
Cook homered for the Lynx to help support the ample offense. In
game two, much was the same for the Lynx offense, as they had
chances to score but failed to produce. Steve Sotiropolous
(Belleville) received the loss after tossing a complete game, giving
up six runs.
Lincoln (20-24, 16-12 MWAC) will travel to Ullin on Wednesday to
take on Shawnee Community College.
