The line of people to receive free food from the Mobile Food Pantry ran 350-plus last night. From the doors of the pantry to Logan Street, then back through both the pantry's parking lot and the Methodist Church lot all the way to Kankakee Street, people waited a turn to take home food.

In all, 10,000 pounds of food was given out in less than two hours. More information and pictures are in today's Top Stories.
