[May 13, 2011]  INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Mark Zuckerberg has his Facebook account back. The other Mark Zuckerberg, that is.

Indianapolis bankruptcy attorney Mark S. Zuckerberg says his profile on the social networking website was suddenly shut down for a few hours Wednesday. His name is strikingly similar to that of Facebook founder Mark E. Zuckerberg.

The Indianapolis Star reports that Facebook sent him error messages saying he has a fraudulent identity. His account was restored by Wednesday afternoon with a message from Facebook apologizing for the inconvenience.

The attorney says he was required to provide copies of his birth certificate, his driver's license and his Indianapolis Bar Association license when he set up his account in 2009.

Facebook officials didn't immediately respond Thursday to an email from The Associated Press seeking comment.
