Sunday afternoon's
groundbreaking ceremony was an exercise in faith, love and hope.
Firmly grounded in the belief in God's love, the ceremony was very
spiritual.
During the ceremony, several litanies were read with the themes of
purpose, promise, hope and faith.
The Scriptures read by the Rev. Father John Pham of Holy Family
Catholic Church were references from the book "Love in the Mortar
Joints," the story of Habitat for Humanity as told by its founder,
Millard Fuller.
