Saturday wrapped up National Nursing Home Week across the country. In Lincoln and Logan County, several area nursing homes had special events focused on our local facilities, staff and residents.

Included in those events was International Celebration of Seniors Day at Lincoln's Christian Village.

The annual event was open to the public, and several folks came in to see the displays from countries such as Cuba, Mexico, Japan, Greece, Germany, India, China, South Africa and, of course, the good ol' U.S. of A.
