Grain futures trade mixed, livestock prices drop

[May 25, 2011]  CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures traded mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 1.5 cent to $8.015 a bushel; July corn fell 4.25 cents to $7.4975 a bushel; July oats were unchanged at $3.61 a bushel; while July soybeans added 9.75 cents to $13.835 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures fell or were unchanged on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle were unchanged at $1.0410 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 1 cent to $1.2175 a pound; July lean hogs dropped 0.67 cent to 88.65 cents a pound; while July pork bellies were unchanged at $1.21 a pound.
