Kent Meagher was found guilty today by
a jury of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in Logan County
Case No. 2008-CF-135. "We are pleased with jury’s verdict in this
case," stated First Assistant State's Attorney, Jonathan Wright. The
sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 9, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The
Court set bond for Kent Meagher at $15,000.00 with 10% to apply.
