 Leading the way in scoring for the Lynx was Jasmine Shipp (Aurora)
with 14 points, followed by Shay Jackson (Zion) and Meghan Moore
(Elkhart) with 10 each. Taylor Buliox (Bartlett) pulled down eight
rebounds, while Jackson picked up five steals to go along with four
assists.Lincoln coach Carol Wilson said that rebounding and
defense "must get better as both were definitely our downfalls
tonight."
The Lynx open at home on Friday against McHenry County at 7:30.
