The 10th Street trick-or-treat area between Union and Elm always is one of the most popular blocks for youngsters on Halloween. This year there was a smoke-bubble machine going along with a smoke-fogger that had kids having more fun popping bubbles than collecting candy. Hundreds and hundreds of youngsters made the trek over to 10th Street again this year.
