Lady Eagles take 2nd in county tournament Send a link to a friend [November 03, 2011] The Zion Lutheran School Lady Eagles eighth-grade grade basketball team took second place in the Logan County Athletic and Music Association Tournament at West Lincoln-Broadwell on Monday.
Zion was ahead 14-5 at halftime and led the entire game until the Lady Wolverines captured the lead in the fourth quarter. The final score was 23-18. Scoring for the Lady Eagles were Lexie Groves 6, Rachel Lockenour 6, Elizabeth Ford 4 and Hailie Williams 2. [Text from file received from Zion Lutheran School, Lincoln]
