Breakfast

Monday, Nov. 7 -- Oatmeal, fruit, toast, milk

Tuesday, Nov. 8 -- Cereal, toast with jelly, juice or fruit, milk

Wednesday, Nov. 9 -- Trix yogurt, grilled cheese, fruit, milk

Thursday, Nov. 10 -- Apple slices with peanut butter, blueberry breakfast bar, milk

Friday, Nov. 11 -- No school. Veterans Day.

 

Lunch

(Variety of milk served with all meals.)

Monday, Nov. 7 -- Hot ham and cheese on whole-grain bun, baked beans, pretzels, cinnamon applesauce

Tuesday, Nov. 8 -- Ravioli with meat sauce, mashed potatoes, bread and butter, peas

Wednesday, Nov. 9 -- Max cheese sticks with marinara, green beans, lettuce salad, pears

Thursday, Nov. 10 -- Pancakes with syrup, hash brown, sausage link, fruit cocktail

Friday, Nov. 11 -- No school. Veterans Day.

Meals meet nutritional requirements, set forth by the federal government, of 30 percent or less total fat and 10 percent or less saturated fat. Nutrition information is available upon request.
