[November 04, 2011]  Eaton Corp. presented a $30,000 grant to Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois in support of senior programs.

As part of Eaton's corporate grant program, a committee of Eaton employees in Lincoln selected Community Action as one of their grant recipients. Eaton employees posed with Angie Jenkins, Community Action senior programs director, in front of one of Community Action's senior transportation vehicles to celebrate the occasion.

"We are so grateful to have Eaton Corp. in our community. Their support makes a tremendous difference to our efforts to operate our services for seniors in Logan and Mason counties," said Jenkins. "Community Action makes a difference in the lives of seniors and their families, and we are very appreciative of Eaton's support."

Individuals in Logan and Mason counties who wish to learn more about senior programs should call 217-732-2159.
