- Bond, Alfred, 71, Ripley, Tenn., arrested Nov. 7 on Lincoln Parkway on charge of driving with a revoked license and on two warrants, one from Will County and the other from Cook County.
- Varner, Elliot D., 29, Lincoln, arrested Nov. 8 at his residence on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of domestic battery.
