Police seek help nabbing window vandals

[November 09, 2011]  The Lincoln Police Department needs assistance in solving several reports of criminal damage to property. Windows at the following locations were reported as broken, possibly shot at with a BB or pellet gun, sometime after 7 p.m. Monday:

  • 422 Keokuk St. (Jimmy John's)

  • 1275 Woodlawn Road (Cellular Connection)

  • 100 block of 10th Street

  • 900 block of Pekin Street

  • 1000 block of Pekin Street

  • 125 N. Kickapoo St. (Scully Building)

  • 122 N. McLean St. (John A Logan Building)

Anyone with any information concerning any crime in the Lincoln and Logan County area is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 217-732-3000 or visit www.lincolnpolice.us and click on "CrimeStoppers."

Your information will be kept confidential and you may remain anonymous.
