  • Gonzalez-Rodriguez, Jonathan, 20, Decatur, arrested Nov. 22 in the 2300 block of Route 121 on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving without a valid driver's license.

Illinois State Police

  • Williams, Sabrina A., 34, Beach Park, arrested Nov. 22 on Illinois Route 136 at Union Road on charges of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
