Cline sentencing postponed to Jan. 5

[November 29, 2011]  A communication from the office of Logan County Assistant State's Attorney Jon Wright informed the public that the sentencing of Ty Cline was postponed. The following is the text received:

On September 22, 2011, Ty Cline was found guilty of First Degree Murder in Logan County Case No. 09-CF-149. The Court set the sentencing hearing for December 1, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. I am writing to inform you that the sentencing hearing has been continued. The defense made an oral motion to continue and the Court granted the continuance without objection from the State. The sentencing hearing is now scheduled for January 5, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
