[October 15, 2011]  Southeast of Middletown, 350th Avenue is once again open to traffic. The existing bridge was replaced with a cast-in-place concrete box culvert.

This new structure continues the county's investment in roads and bridges. The cost of construction was approximately $170,000. Funding for the project came from the township bridge program.

The Logan County Highway Department thanks Otto Baum for assistance and the local residents for their patience and cooperation.
