[October 22, 2011]  CLOVIS, N.M. (AP) -- Authorities are searching for whoever drove through two New Mexico pumpkin patches and caused $4,500 in damage just weeks before Halloween.

Curry County deputies say someone drove through a fence Tuesday night in Curry County and damaged the pumpkin patch and corn maze at Davis Farms.

Two nights later, someone did the same thing at another farm. The culprits also took several items, including a life-sized, custom-painted dairy cow from the top of one of the buildings.
