Lincoln Police Department

  • A 17-year-old Lincoln female was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Buggs, Courtney N., 24, Lincoln, arrested on Oct. 23 in the 1100 block of Fifth Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Butler, Tia M., 19, Lincoln, arrested Oct. 22 on Sherman Street at Tremont on charges of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Felton, Richard J., 53, Lincoln, arrested Oct. 23 at 9:05 p.m. at his residence on charge of disorderly conduct. At 10:42 p.m. Felton was arrested a second time in the 700 block of Pulaski Street and again charged with disorderly conduct.

  • Kindred, William W., 38, Beason, arrested Oct. 22 in the 200 block of Woodlawn Road on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of domestic battery.

  • Lowry, Russell A., 28, Peoria, arrested Oct. 23 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Daringer, Ralph E., 42, Latham, arrested Oct. 22 at his residence on charge of violating an order of protection.

  • Nichols, Timothy A., 27, Bloomington, arrested Oct. 22 at the McLean County Jail on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence.

  • Walden, Travis G., 36, Lincoln, arrested Oct. 21 on Illinois Route 121 at 800th Street, Mount Pulaski, on a Logan County body attachment warrant.
