[October 24, 2011]  The Lincoln College women's soccer team fell to Lewis and Clark 2-0 in the first round of the Region 24 tournament. The Lynx closed out the season with a tough battle, getting the best results in school history against a solid Lewis and Clark.

"I’m very happy with the way we came out and battled today," said Lincoln head coach Amber Angermeier. "We fought hard, holding Lewis and Clerk to two goals in the first half and scoreless the second. Although we didn't get the result we were looking for, it was a good way to end the season."
