[October 27, 2011]  To honor and thank all veterans and military personnel, the Lincoln Bonanza, 1121 Hickox Drive, owned by Brett Borst, announces that its annual Veteran and Military Appreciation Day will be on Nov. 14 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Lincoln Bonanza will offer a free buffet to those who have served in the military, past and present.

"Members of our military branch services and veterans are real American heroes, and we want to show our appreciation for their service to our country and community," said Joshua Borst, general manager.

Borst Bonanza Steakhouses serve up hospitality and value by the plateful. Guests enjoy both a quality buffet -- which features a large variety of "all you can eat" salads, soups, appetizers, vegetables, breads, hot main courses and desserts -- as well as flame-grilled steaks, chicken and seafood, all at a very affordable price in a place that is casual and comfortable.

The Borst family has owned and operated the Lincoln Bonanza as a franchisee of Bonanza Restaurant Co., an affiliate of Homestyle Dining LLC, since 1982.
