Three men
pitch coins on a sidewalk in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago
on the city's South Side on Thursday. The neighborhood,
considered one of the most dangerous in America, will be host to the
"Englewood Film Festival" being promoted by filmmaker Mark Harris,
who is on a mission to change his neighborhood. The two-day festival
begins Friday.
