Location: 13th Street near North Madison

Drivers and vehicles:

• Unlicensed minor child; Polaris 90cc 4-wheeler ATV

• Dinger, Dorothy A., 67; 2002 Chevrolet Impala

Contributory causes: 4-wheeler was exiting alleyway, struck Dinger vehicle in the side

Citations issued to: minor child; failure to yield, operation of vehicle in an erratic, reckless manner

Sept 4, 2:08 p.m.

Location: Keokuk at Hudson

Driver and vehicle:

• Neeley, Blake A., 24; 2003 Dodge Ram

Damage to a street sign support owned by the city of Lincoln

Contributory causes: improper lane usage

Citations issued to: no one

Lincoln Police Department

• Hopson, Clarence, 28, Lincoln, arrested Sept. 7 on North Kickapoo at Lincoln Parkway on charge of having no valid driver's license.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

• Coker, Robert A., 30, Middletown, arrested Sept. 6 in the 1100 block of 100 Avenue, Middletown, on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Mount Pulaski, San Jose, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Illinois State Police
