DETAILS: A beautiful full-size homemade quilt is to be raffled by the Lincoln/Logan Food Pantry at this year's Railsplitter Festival. Proceeds are to benefit the food pantry and its patrons. The quilt was made and donated by Sherry Geriets. Tickets will be available at the Railsplitter Festival each day. Winner will be announced at the close of the festival.
