LC women's golf at Decatur

[September 26, 2011]  DECATUR -- The Lincoln College women's golf team finished in eighth place in the Millikin University Fall Classic played at Red Tail Run Golf Club in Decatur.

The Lynx had three golfers finish in the top 25 out of 85 golfers. Leading the way was Ellen Turner (Odell) in 17th place with a two-day total of 167 (90-77). Kendra Butler (Bloomington) had a 169 (81-88), which was good for 19th, and Katie Frye (Springfield) came in 24th with a 170 (88-82).
