Location: North Logan at Keokuk

  • Elles, Bradley D., 31; 2004 Harley Davidson XI motorcycle

Elles was taken to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital by Logan County Paramedics.

Contributory causes: fail to yield the right of way

Location: 700 block of Pulaski Street

Drivers and vehicles:

  • Daniels, Nicole L., 29; 1996 Chevrolet Blazer owned by William Dison

  • Jones, Erin K., 44; 1994 Chevrolet pickup

Contributory causes: operating a vehicle in a erratic, reckless manner

Citations issued to: Daniels for disobeying a stop sign, reckless driving

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Slayton, Thomas A., 19, Mount Pulaski, arrested Sept. 26 at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charges of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and illegal consumption of liquor by a minor.

Illinois State Police

  • Simanelia, David A., 31, Springfield, arrested Sept. 26 in the 1400 block of 1025th Avenue, Lincoln, on charge of possession of a stolen vehicle, driving with a revoked license, theft under $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia.
