Thursday, Sept. 29 -- Cereal, graham crackers, juice or fruit, milk

Friday, Sept. 30 -- Blueberry breakfast round, orange wedges, milk

Lunch

(Variety of milk served with all meals.)

Wednesday, Sept. 28 -- Beef and cheese quesadilla with salsa, lettuce salad, tortilla chips, applesauce

Thursday, Sept. 29 -- Chicken and noodles, sweet potatoes, peanut butter sandwich, diced pears

Friday, Sept. 30 -- Texas tacos with Fritos and cheese, green beans, raisins, fruit cocktail

Meals meet nutritional requirements, set forth by the federal government, of 30 percent or less total fat and 10 percent or less saturated fat. Nutrition information is available upon request.
