The pipeline repair company cut its 2011 earnings expectations
and said it has started a restructuring program to reduce costs.
The bank holding company, which owns Umpqua Bank and Umpqua Investments, said it will buy back $15 million of its shares.
The medical device company said it will buy intra-operative monitoring provider Impulse Monitoring for $80 million.
