What
do synthetic drugs look like? In recent weeks Attorney
General Lisa Madigan has put out several releases regarding
raids at business establishments selling synthetic drugs. For parents today, it is hard to keep track of all the things
that can hurt our children, so the best LDN can do to help is
give you a reference point. Here are examples of some of
the packaging these dangerous and illegal products are being
sold in.

"Hey!
I was trying to take a nap here!" Beverly Buhrmester
spends a lot of time in the wild of Kickapoo Creek Park, and
lucky for us, she takes her camera with her. Here she
caught a shot of a beautiful buck taking a rest at the edge of

In
this Jan. 15 file photo,
singer Mary J. Blige
arrives at the
69th annual
Golden Globe
Awards in Los
Angeles. A
criticized
Burger King
commercial
featuring Blige singing
about chicken
has been pulled,
but the
fast-food chain
is blaming
licensing issues
for the
decision. In it,
Blige sings
passionately
about the
ingredients in
the chicken
snack wraps. But
as the video
went viral, some
in the black
community
criticized the
ad as
stereotypical.
The black
women-oriented
website Madame
Noire likened it
to "buffoonery."
Burger King said
Tuesday the
commercial was
pulled because
of a music
licensing
concern and that
they hope to
have the Blige
"ads back on the
air soon."
Stress does NOT prevent milk production, but may
temporarily interfere with its flow. Try to find ways
that lessen stress on the mother such as – a protected
area, a mother-baby tent, reassurance from other women –
and keep the child suckling so that milk flow returns.
