Elkhart Public
Library will have a special wildflower book display. In
addition, the library staff will give tours of the library and
have a handout for visitors about the history of the library.
They'll be open Fridays, April 13 and 20, from 9 to 11
a.m. and noon to 4 p.m., and Saturdays, April 14 and April
21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The library,
located at 121 Bohan St., was built in 1904, and still includes
the original tables, bookshelves and interior woodwork. For more

Dragonfly Art
Studio will have an exhibition of student work on display
both weekends, highlighting floral painting. The art studio
is on the second-floor flat of the refurbished 1889 building at
102 Gov. Oglesby St. in historic downtown Elkhart.

place to live. Open houses of homes on the market will be
throughout both weekends. Look for "Open House" signs in the
village.

Horsefeathers
Antiques and Gift Shop, 104 Gov. Oglesby St., will feature an
outdoor antiques and bric-a-brac sale on both Saturdays,
April 14 and 21, weather permitting.

something unusual? Everything old is new again at the Elkhart
Vintage Market -- April 13, 4-8 p.m.; April 14, 10 a.m.-7
p.m.; and April 15, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. -- in the Miss Jessie
Building, 103 Gov. Oglesby St. in historic downtown Elkhart.
Watch for news that the market may be continued for another
weekend, April 20-22.
