'Run for Your Life' on Friday the 13th

[April 06, 2012]  There is still time to register for Lincoln Christian University's annual "Run for Your Life," a two-mile run/walk to promote health and wellness. The event will be on April 13, beginning at 4 p.m.

The race starts and ends on the LCU campus. Participants will tour the campus grounds and nearby neighborhoods in Lincoln on a flat and fast course.

. The registration fee is $15 through April 11 or $22 after that date.

All racers will receive a small gym bag, race T-shirt and various other prizes. Additionally, during the post-race cookout, awards will be given to the fastest finishers in a variety of categories. This is all included in the registration fee.


Located at 100 Campus View Drive in Lincoln, Lincoln Christian University's three schools -- the School of Undergraduate Studies, the Hargrove School of Adult & Graduate Studies, and the Seminary -- share a mission to nurture and equip Christians with a biblical worldview to serve and lead in the church and the world.
