Early morning accident results in multiple injuries

[April 17, 2012]  At 2:23 this morning (Tuesday), the Lincoln Police Department, Lincoln Fire Department and Logan County Paramedic Association responded to a one-car accident at 632 Third St. 

The driver lost control of the vehicle, and it struck the house at that address.   

The male driver of the vehicle was taken to Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital and later airlifted to Memorial Hospital in Springfield. 

One male passenger was later treated at ALMH and released, and a third male passenger did not seek treatment. 

One male in the house was injured but declined treatment.

More information is to be released tomorrow (Wednesday).
