Wednesday the Lincoln /Logan
County Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Office Professionals Luncheon at the
Knights of Columbus Hall in Lincoln.
The event began with a meal catered by Guzzardo's, followed by entertainment
by Doug Dvorak and his alter
ego, Dr. Earnest Carpediem. Dvorak kept the audience laughing
as he gave them a look at the humorous side of being an office
professional. At the end
of the day, the award for the 2012 Office Professional of the Year
was awarded to Bunny Laymon of Lincoln Chrysler Dodge & Jeep in
Lincoln. Prizes were
also given to all the nominees, and there were drawings for gifts from several
area businesses.
